Teens Wounded In Atlantic City Shooting

Two 15-year-old boys were wounded in shootings in Atlantic City, authorities said.

On Sunday, Jan. 22, at 1:38 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of Baltic Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert. 

Police found evidence of gunfire but did not locate a victim. 

Moments later, officers were alerted about two shooting victims at a residence about a block away. 

Officers subsequently located the two male shooting victims, both 15 of Atlantic City, and immediately rendered medical aid until EMS arrived on scene. The victims were then transported by ambulance to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of injuries that were considered non-life threatening.
